Melting Ice

The ice is melting from my bird bath. It's almost 40 degrees at 3pm and there is still some ice left though. The sun was so nice I mowed the lawn just for fun.

The tree is bare but I can see little tiny buds.
I didn't expect the chard to be still growing but it actually looks pretty good, growing around the ground cover. Chard is like spinach but no bitter taste. Its great is soups.

And there are bulbs getting close to poping open?
Crocuses!

The is an amarlyis that I gave to a co-worker. It's all in one pot. It went nuts this year!

Sunny Day

I still have a few winter flowers. These made it through the snow we had.

This is the lawn buddy I got for Christmas! I need to get out and start using it soon.

Below is the pink bush - it is just now loosing its leaves. I thought they might stay on until next spring. It looks dead.

Here is a bulb trying to grow.
